These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between qq99 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of this platform ("User", "you").

By accessing the qq99 platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have unconditionally accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account and use qq99 services, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Accounts belonging to underage individuals will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited. We may request official documentation to verify age at any time.

2.2 One Account Rule

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person, from the same IP address, on the same device, or on behalf of members of the same household is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found to exist, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings may be voided.

2.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. Opening an account with false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure. If any of your details change, you must notify our support team immediately.

3.1 Password & Login Security

3.2 KYC Verification Process

To prevent fraud and financial crime, qq99 may conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time it deems necessary. The following documents, one or more, may be requested during this process:

• A utility bill or bank statement proving current address

4.1 Deposit Limits & Methods

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on the qq99 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing is typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes. Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal request can be made.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Funds for which bonus wagering requirements have not been met cannot be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold for additional verification in cases of suspicious transactions.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

qq99 is firmly committed to preventing money laundering. If any user's transactions appear suspicious, we reserve the right to notify the relevant authorities. Any unusual transaction patterns will be subject to immediate investigation.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

After opening a new account at qq99, a 100% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 receives a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. A deposit of ৳22,000 or more receives the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus may only be claimed once.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after wagering is completed.
• Restrictions on bonus use may apply to certain games — the terms of each promotion apply individually.
• Any attempt to collect bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• qq99 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.

5.4 VIP Cashback Program

Regular players may join qq99's VIP program. There are four tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

Progress through each tier depends on the user's overall activity. The detailed terms of the cashback program are subject to change.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

qq99 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. No player or third party can influence this process.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game lobby. Restrictions on bet amounts may apply when playing in bonus mode.

6.3 Policy on Technical Issues

If a game session is left incomplete due to a system error or connection issue, it will be settled based on the balance at the time of the error. Payouts made on the basis of incorrect information displayed due to a technical error will not be honoured.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts or creating accounts on behalf of others.
• Abusing bonuses or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Conducting money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Using automated bots, software, or scripts to play games.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Engaging in fraudulent behaviour toward other users.
• Using a false identity or forged documents.

8.1 Our Rights

qq99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a violation of any provision of these Terms.
• If fraud or deception is suspected.
• If identity verification has not been completed.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

8.2 User Rights

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before requesting account closure, please ensure your balance is zero or that you wish to withdraw any remaining balance. Reopening an account after closure may take some time.

qq99 strives to provide a reliable and uninterrupted service to the best of its ability. However, our liability is limited in the following areas:

• We are not liable for any loss caused by internet connection disruptions.
• We are not liable for software errors on the part of third-party game providers.
• We are not liable for losses arising from unexpected technical issues or server outages.
• We are not liable for losses resulting from a user's negligence or violation of these Terms.
